The Ottoman.

1 1⁄2 oz Vodka (Veld tulip vodka)
3⁄4 oz Amaro Montenegro
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth, Noilly Prat
Instructions

Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Wipe the rim with a fresh lemon peel and garnish with the same.
