1 1⁄2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
3⁄4 oz Kummel, Combier
2 ds Grapefruit bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
A drier, but also good, variation of this has 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz. dry vermouth, and 1/2 oz. Kummel.
