Bitter Marty

Based on a Martinez, but a very bitter version.
2 oz Gin, Caorunn
34 oz Dry vermouth, Carpano
12 oz Salers Gentiane
14 oz Absinthe, Absente
2 ds Cardamom bitters
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe or martini glass.
Notes
Orange bitters instead of cardamom bitters knocks down the bitterness if you like.
