  • Might be nice as a spritz with a sparkling white
  • Zomg bitter. I upped the orange liqueur to 1/2oz and it was still bitter. Another 1/2oz simple was slightly too much - 1/4oz next time. A different mezcal will change that.
  • Really nice. Very bitter tho. And I like bitter. Needs some sweets. Next time up the Cointreau.
  • Love the bitterness from the Campari, the sharpness of the lime and the smokiness of the mezcal. Used Bauchant orange liquor instead of the triple sec; it's smoother.
  • Too bitter for me. Maybe increase Cointreau to 1/2 ounce or sub for 1/2 ounce benedictine.
