2 oz Bianco Vermouth, Cinzano Bianco
1 oz Braulio
12 oz Sparkling water
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Stir vermouth and amaro with ice and strain into a coupe, adding sparkling water. Twist and garnish.
