Instructions

Shake, strain, straight up, small glass, garnish.
Syrup: stir 1 tablespoon each espresso and water into 1/2 cup brown sugar. It will be a thick mixture. Let steep overnight. Keeps for one week refrigerated.

  • Tonight I started making this before realizing I was out of Arrack so I subbed 1.25oz of Wild Turkey 101. Still a great drink! The arrack funk is def ideal, but recipe seems versatile for trying w/ other high-proof brown spirits. A longterm fav for me. — ★★★★★
