1 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
1 oz Cynar
3⁄4 oz Brown sugar coffee syrup
1 oz Cream
1 ds Orange bitters (hard dash)
Instructions
Shake, strain, straight up, small glass, garnish.
Syrup: stir 1 tablespoon each espresso and water into 1/2 cup brown sugar. It will be a thick mixture. Let steep overnight. Keeps for one week refrigerated.
