1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey (Tullamore DEW)
1 oz Coffee liqueur, Mr. Black
1⁄2 oz Averna
1 1⁄2 oz Heavy cream (as float)
Instructions
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients except heavy cream
Stir for 20-25 seconds
Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
Float cream
Garnish with coffee beans
