Bitter Squeeze

1 1⁄2 oz Gin

1⁄2 oz Amaro (Use Bellini Amaro delle Terme)

3⁄10 oz Lemon

Instructions

Stir with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain and pour into a martini glass.
