Boomin' Granny

1 1⁄2 oz Cognac, Hine V.S.O.P.
1 oz Apple juice, Granny Smith (Juice Granny Smith apples)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
3 oz Champagne (Dry, to top)
1 sli Apple, Granny Smith (Garnish)
Instructions

Shake everything except the champagne, pour into champagne flute and top with the champagne. Garnish.
