Chatham Cocktail

1 1⁄2 oz Champagne

1 pn Salt

1⁄4 oz Simple syrup

3⁄4 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano

3⁄4 oz Fino sherry

1⁄4 oz Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier

1⁄2 oz Lemon juice

1 twst Grapefruit peel (as garnish)

Instructions

Short shake all but champagne, strain into flute, top with champagne, quick stir, express and add grapefruit twist
