2 oz Mezcal, Sombra (raisin infused, see note)
1⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
1⁄4 oz Crème de Cacao, Tempus Fugit
2 ds Bitters, Hella Bitters Smoked Chile
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions

Stir, strain into an old fashioned glass with a large cube/sphere. Garnish with an orange peel, expressed.

Notes

For the raisin infused mezcal, add 8 oz of unsweetened dark raisins to a 750ml bottle of mezcal for 24 hours; fine strain and re-bottle.
