1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon (Bonded; or Sub Scotch (Famous Grouse or Chivas work))
              1 oz Grapefruit juice
              1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water, boil and reduce)
              1⁄2 bsp Scotch, Lagavulin 16 (can sub Laphraoig or other smoky Scotch)
              1⁄2 bsp Scotch, Balvenie 12 Doublewood
          Instructions
    
          Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake, strain into coup or martini glass. Double strain if using fresh grapefruit juice.
