1⁄2 oz Grapefruit juice
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Orange juice
1⁄4 oz Aperol
1 ds Citrus Bitters
1 ds Simple syrup
1 twst Orange peel
Stir, then strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
Try using 1/2oz Orange Juice and 1/4oz Simple syrup if you have a bit of a sweet tooth.
Grapefruit bitters also works well.
