2 oz Vodka (rhubarb infused)
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Rhubarb syrup (1:1:1 rhubarb, water, sugar)
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Rhubarb bitters, Fee Brothers
2 dr Rose water
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Shake, strain, twist, repeat.
Notes
Rhubarb syrup - I don't measure, but approximately equal parts sugar, water and chopped rhubarb - maybe a bit more water. Boil for 10-20 minutes to get all the flavor out of rhubarb and fine strain or use cheesecloth.
