1 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Strega
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Orange bitters
4 oz Champagne
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions

Pour all ingredients, except champagne into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a champagne glass and add the champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.
