Grand ol' Fashioned

All of the flavor, none of the garbage.
2 oz Bourbon
14 oz Grand Marnier (Fat)
14 oz Cherry Liqueur, Grand Marnier Natural Cherry (Fat)
3 ds Bitters
Stir over ice. Strain in a rocks glass over a large ice cube that has been "pre-seasoned" with the essential oils of a large orange peel. Drop the peel in and garnish with your finest brandied cherries. Smile.
If you HAVE TO, you can substitute maraschino liqueur, but make it a scant 1/4 oz.
