As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning

2 oz Red wine (Garnacha)
1⁄2 oz Sherry, Lustau East India Solera
3⁄4 oz Coffee (cold-brewed)
1⁄2 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1 (brown sugar)
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Tonic water
1 sli Orange (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake all but tonic and orange, highball, top, garnish.
