In a Pickle

1 12 oz Gin, Hendrick's
12 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
12 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
34 oz Lime juice
1 sli Cucumber
1 spg Dill
Mix all, including cucumber and shaker and shake. Fine strain over fresh ice into highball glass. Garnish with fresh cucumber and dill sprig.
Light, crisp, fresh, aromatic, and clean.
Made this at the request of a girl who said she liked pickles. Created in one shot. This is hands down the most popular drink of my 14 years behind the bar.
