1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch, Black Bottle
3⁄4 oz Amaro Meletti
1⁄4 oz Bénédictine
3 twst Lemon
1⁄4 oz Islay Scotch, Laphroaig 10
Instructions
Combine first four ingredients and two lemon peels (oil expressed) and stir over ice. Strain over a big cube, float the Islay scotch and express the third peel over the drink and drop in.
