3⁄4 oz Genever, Anchor (Genevieve)
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice

Shake, strain, coupe.


Aviation variant calling for two west coast spirits. Very similar to PDT's Flying Dutchman with a different brand of "genever" and the Maraschino and Yvette/violette ratios reversed.
