1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse

2 wdg Orange

1 oz Honey syrup (50/50 honey/water)

2 ds Bitters, Angostura

Instructions

Add gin, chartreus. Squeeze orange wedges and drop in. Add syrup and bitters. Shake and strain into martini glass
