1 12 oz Puerto Rican Rum, Bacardi Gold
12 oz Grand Marnier (Or other cognac orange liqueur)
1 oz Orange juice
34 oz Lime juice
14 oz Allspice Dram, St Elizabeth
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 pn Grated Nutmeg (For garnish)
Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Can be served warm.
Curator's note: I have the 02 version of the book, and it actually calls for 1/2 ea light rum, dark rum and curacao, along with 2 oz orange juice. Those were the days.
