1 oz Amaro Abano, Luxardo
1⁄2 oz Dimmi
1⁄2 oz Lemon
1⁄2 oz Gomme syrup
1 1⁄2 oz Sparkling white wine
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Shake all but sparkling wine and peel; straint to flute; top with wine; express oil.
