2 oz Gin, Tanqueray
1⁄4 oz Crème Yvette
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
2 lf Sage
Instructions

In a shaker, gently muddle the sage leaves. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a coupe. No garnish

  • Very unexpected and unique drink. When you first sip, its all sweet and fruity, and then the gin and sage together come in to add a bitter finish that is really refreshing, and makes you go back in for more.
  • Very good - 4.5. Enjoyed the sage.
