1 oz Jamaican rum, Smith & Cross
1 oz Campari
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
5 Cherry (Bing or Rainier)
Instructions
Muddle cherries well at the bottom of shaker.
Add other ingredients.
Shake well with ice.
Strain over large ice cube in a double old fashioned glass.
Optional garnish with 3 skewered cherries.

Funky cherry fruit punch with an herbal bitter finish.
History
This is a refreshing riff on the Enzoni by Vincenzo "Enzo" Errico which incorporates daiquiri with fresh cherries instead of a gin sour with grapes. A smashable summer drink that I go to whenever cherries are in season!
