1 1⁄2 oz Rye, Rittenhouse 100
3⁄4 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
3⁄4 oz Amaro, Pasubio
1 ds Bitters, Bitter Truth Celery
1 Blueberry (as garnish)
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain, up. Garnish with a blueberry.

Noticed there was only one other drink on here using Pasubio, so I thought I’d post this gem from Death & Co’s newest book. The combination of ingredients really helps bring out the blueberry flavor in the amaro.
