1⁄4 oz Crème de Noyaux
1⁄4 oz Vanilla liqueur
1 oz Heavy cream
3 pn Salt (Heavy pinches)
Instructions

Shake, strain, up. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and square of caramel, in that order.
