1 oz Sake
3⁄4 oz Crème de Violette, Rothman & Winter
3⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 ds Sea salt
Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass
