1 oz Speyside Scotch, Macallan 12 (Sherry Oak)
1⁄2 oz Averna
1⁄4 oz Amaro, Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro

Add all ingredients together in an ice filled yarai. Stir and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
