16 2⁄3 oz Green tea (Dilmah, hot)
3 1⁄2 oz Palm sugar (100 gram; 3.5274 oz)
7 oz Lemon juice
6 oz Gin, Damrak
3 oz Coconut Arrack, White Lion VSOA
1 pn Cinnamon (as garnish)
1 pn Nutmeg (as garnish)
Instructions
Brew, muddle and stir in sugar in tea until dissolved, add other ingredients, garnish, serve over ice.
