A twist on a Scotch and Soda
1 12 oz Scotch, Glenlivet 12yr
34 oz Cranberry shrub
2 oz Club soda
1 twst Orange peel
1 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1   Brown sugar
Instructions
Place brown sugar cube in mixing glass and add bitters.Muddle. Then add scotch, ice and shake. Strain in collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Club Soda, and garnish.
