2 oz Bourbon
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
1⁄4 oz Balsamic Vinegar
2 oz Ginger beer (to top)
1 pn Black pepper (2 cracks, as garnish)
Muddle blackberries in shaker, add bourbon, juice, syrup and vinegar and shake. Double strain to ice-filled highball, top with ginger beer and pepper.
