1 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
1 oz Bourbon
3⁄4 oz Ginger-Honey Syrup
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 t Sorel liqueur
4 oz Water (hot)
1 Cinnamon stick (as garnish)
Instructions
Build in a mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a pinch of either cinnamon or nutmeg.
Notes
Can also work as a shaken sour served cold and topped with ginger beer.
