1⁄2 oz Orgeat
4 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 twst Lime peel (wide; as garnish)
Dry shake; shake; strain into highball; top with soda and use extra soda to rinse the shaker, straining again into glass for more foam. Garnish with wide swath of lime zest.
