1 1⁄2 oz Cynar (or Cynar 70)
1 oz Apricot liqueur, Giffard (Abricot du Rousillon)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
3 oz Club soda
1 wdg Lime (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain into a collins glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

History

I wanted to create a cocktail that used only the sweetness of the apricot liqueur instead of a separate syrup.
