1⁄4 oz Cinnamon syrup (To taste. 2:1 cinnamon syrup.)
Instructions

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe or cocktail glass.

  • Too sweet for me, whether I swap between white or red grapefruit juice. Easy to drink, but not a balanced celebration of bitterness or Amaro unless you normally drink solely dessert cocktails. For the best chance at balance, use a Navy-Strength gin and do a scant 1/4-oz. pour of the cinnamon syrup. — ★★★
