KJ at Flatiron made this for me during a visit to NYC in 2010.
This is the same recipe as the Down & Brown. Ryan McGrale who put it on the menu at Tavern Road and who it was attributed to did work at Flatiron Lounge before he returned to Boston to open Tavern Road. The bar staff there said the Down & Brown was Ryan's.
