1 1⁄2 oz Light rum
1 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
4 Blackberry (one as garnish)
1 ds Bitters (Grapefruit bitters recommended)
Instructions
Muddle 3-4 blackberries in the shaker before shaking the remaining ingredients. Double strain, up, garnish with another blackberry.
