1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey (Fighting 69th)
3⁄4 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
1⁄2 oz Grapefruit liqueur (Giffards)
2 ds Aztec Chocolate bitters
2 spl Absinthe
Instructions
1. Swirl some absinthe in a frozen coupe glass and return the glass to the freezer.
2. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the frozen coupe glass.

1. I was recently presented with a bottle of Fighting 69th Irish Whiskey. I am beginning some experiments and extrapolations.
