1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (Gochujang-honey syrup; see Notes)
1 sli Pineapple (dehydrated, as garnish)

Build; rocks; garnish.
Notes
Gochujang-honey syrup: Boil 2 cups water and add 2 oz gochujang paste. Take off heat, whisk, and let sit for 15 minutes. Whisk in 8 oz each of sugar and honey and dissolve over low heat. Filter and keep refrigerated.
