1 oz Cognac
1 oz Calvados
1⁄2 oz Cassis, Cassis Noir de Bourgogne
1 oz Lemon juice (Meyer preferred)
1⁄2 oz Champagne (optional, see notes)
1 twst Lemon peel (discard)
Instructions
Shake, strain, cocktail glass, top with champagne (if using), express peel then discard.
Notes
Topping with champagne recommended. If using, adjust amount accordingly based on personal taste.
