1 oz Suze
1⁄4 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 rinse Absinthe
Instructions

Absinthe rinse a cocktail glass. Separately stir other ingredients with ice, strain into glass. Lemon zest expressed and discarded.
