Nouvelle Fleur

1 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Blanco tequila, Chinaco
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz PInk grapefruit juice
1 pn Salt
2 oz Sparkling white wine (to top)
Instructions

Shake and strain into coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine.
