1 1⁄2 oz Jamaican rum, Appleton V/X
1⁄2 oz Pear eau de vie
1⁄2 oz Triple sec
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 t Demerara syrup (2:1 Demerara Syrup)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with cracked ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
