New Orleans Cocktail

2 oz Bourbon
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
2 ds Orange Curaçao
1 twst Lemon peel (flamed for garnish)
Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice as you would a martini and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed lemon peel.
