2 oz Gin, Commonwealth (New Western Gin w/cardamom notes)
1⁄2 oz Grade B maple syrup
1⁄2 oz Orgeat (House made)
1 oz Lemon juice
1 ds Bitters, Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter
Instructions

Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Add ice. Shake. Double strain into chilled coupe. Serve.

Notes

You may substitute pre-made orgeat i.e. B.G. Reynolds, Small Hands, etc. Only use Grade B maple syrup.
