3⁄4 oz Averna (most Amaro will work)
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Hard cider (Sweet)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

In a pint glass over ice, stir Averna and lemon juice. Add cider, stir gently, twist peel over top.
