1 1⁄2 oz Gin
              1 1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth
              1 t Yuzu syrup
              2 spg Mint (as garnish)
              1 ds Yuzu bitters (+1 for aromatic spritz, on mint)
          Instructions
    
          Build in a julep cup, topping with crushed ice, garnish with woken and yuzu bitters-aromatized mint, nestle a straw inside the mint.
