1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Sombra
1⁄2 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
1⁄2 oz Zucca (or other rabarbaro amaro such as Cappelletti Sfumato)
Instructions

Stir, strain, garnish with grapefruit peel. Serve up or with large cube/sphere.
