1 oz Rum, Matusalem Classico
1⁄4 oz Rich demerara syrup 2:1
3 spg Mint (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir with crushed ice in julep cup until frost forms, garnish to cover top of cup entirely.

Notes

Cheater tin makes an improvised julep cup.
